Prices, and VAT:
All prices quoted are in Sterling (GBP). Currently we dont charge VAT so the price you see is the price you pay. In view of constantly changing factors affecting prices from our suppiers, Atlantis reserves the right to amend ours without prior notice. However, we aim to offer you really good value with honest advice as standard.
Credit Card Security:
Our online ordering facilities are very secure - to ensure your financial safety, and to make online shopping convenient and worry-free for you. However, if you simply don't wish to order online, or if you'd like to check any product details - please call us on our local-rate telephone number which is 01392 247 571 or our sales team on 07919 575 300 during office hours.
You can make payments online by providing your credit or debit cards details on our checkout page. This information is fully encrypted by CubeCart, who then pass the relevant details to our merchant bank-Nochex. We do not store your payment card details on our computer or in clear text.
Delivery Arrangements
For addresses on mainland UK, delivery on orders of value over £50 are FREE. On orders of less than £50 we make a small charge of £8.
Our carriers charge higher rates for addresses in the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. We'd love to supply you wherever you live - but if you do live in one of the above, then the carrier will charge more - please just e-mail or call us to check the charges.
Orders are checked as we receive them, during our normal working hours. We work to pack and send them out quickly, usually by carrier on an overnight service.
If you can allow 2 to 3 days for your order to reach you, this is generally a safe bet..
Refunds and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after you receive it . . . If you wish to cancel and order, please telephone us on01392 247 571 or e-mail us at atlantispools@mail.com with details.
All items returned for exchange or refund must be returned to us unused, unsoiled and in the original packaging. Do call us beforehand if you'd like any help with this! Either we can make arrangements to collect your package, or you can return unused goods to us for resale.
Please note that we apply a 20% handling charge for standard goods unless they have been delivered in a faulty condition.
We have to recover the cost of our carriage charges when collecting unwanted goods. If the goods that have been delivered to you are faulty, we can arrange collection through our carrier, at no cost to you. We can then arrange either a rapid replacement of the faulty goods, or a prompt refund of your money.
We always work to gain your full satisfaction with our products and services. However, if you should have any cause for dissatisfaction, please contact us straight way so that we may respond appropriately.
Packaging and Handling:
Our delivery arrangements and prices cover all packaging costs.
The arrangements described here do not affect you statutory rights as a consumer.
